The moments in between.

Hi there! I'm Tucker Porter, and I create wedding films and photography for people who care more about real moments than perfect poses. What draws me to this work has always been the in-between moments—the quiet anticipation before the ceremony, the unplanned laughter, the little interactions that might go unnoticed in real time but end up meaning everything later.

My approach is simple: I want to document your story as it naturally unfolds. I'm here to preserve the moments that feel honest, emotional, and true to you, so years from now you can look back and remember not just what your day looked like, but what it felt like.

It started with a camera.

My love for this started with photography. Back in high school, I served as my school's historian, and a big part of that was taking photos of school events and documenting moments that mattered to other people. At first, I just enjoyed having a camera in my hands and capturing what was happening around me. Over time, I realized I loved being the person who helped preserve memories.

That love for photography naturally led me into video, and somewhere along the way I realized I didn't have to choose between the two. I genuinely love both. Photography taught me how much emotion can live in a single frame, while film showed me how powerful movement, sound, and real-time moments can be. They tell stories differently, and that's what makes me love both so much.

These days, weddings make up much of what I do, but the reason behind my work hasn't changed. Whether I'm documenting a first look, a missionary homecoming, a family session, or a graduation, I'm always paying attention to the moments that feel real. The genuine smiles, the emotional hugs, the small details people don't always notice in the moment.

I'm naturally pretty calm and observant, and that shapes the way I work. I'm usually not the loudest person in the room, and honestly, I think that helps. I notice the little things. A nervous smile. Shaky hands before vows. The way parents look at their kids when no one else is paying attention.

At the end of the day, I care about more than creating beautiful photos or films. I want to give you something meaningful. Something that brings you right back to how that moment felt, even years later.
